GeneDiff is a web-based suite of tools that support the differential gene expression analysis. Genediff consists of CM-test and FM-test, two methods developed by us based on the fuzzy set theory, and also the traditional methods including t-test and Wilcoxon rank sum test. The standalone application can be downloaded after registration.

ShopSYS is a desktop application that helps small business owners manage their stores. It allows managers and employees to keep track of items and cash flows and also perform transactions. UdoCument is an electronic scrapbook. This application allows the user to incorporate pictures and texts from different resources and maintain Documents in a folder tree. MipSim is a collection of simulation videos for MIPS code. These videos illustrate the positions of stack and frame pointers along with their corresponding MIPS assembly code so that students can understand the code more easily.
